Hi guys

I'm currently trying to get my ka turbo up and running but have hit a bit of a problem.the engine is in place but my problem is that I have fuel upto the rail but it won't go through the injectors to the cylinders I have a spark and the fuel pump primes and also runs on during cranking,I've tested the injector plugs with my power probe and I have one live and the other wire on the plug is a pulsing live when cranking on all four plugs is that normal?it's a 1.6 cvh on ofac any help would be appreciated

 

hmm. well on your injectors it should have one live, and a pulsing earth. what management are you running?

check your earths to the ecu pins 20 40 and 60 from memory?? all at one end of the ecu i think

Does the pulsing earth feed to the injectors come from pin 20,40 or 60?

 

pin 58 and 59 should be injector triggers but if you have a spark but no injector pulse you could have lost an earth have you checked for power at the injectors?

 

I have fuel and a spark but the 2 pin plugs on each injector is showing one constant live pin and one pulsing live pin on all four?
