Default Spec for a 250bhp Zetec Turbo?

Hi Guys,

Not done alot on the car for a while. Got a few questions about my ZT, i only want around 250bhp as i dont want to go dry sump. I already have block/head and managment.

What turbo and manifold to use?
What inlet?

St170 bottom end and valve springs with a black top head.

As above, use ST170 engine or bottom end and blacktop head, FRS turbo, manifolds and injectors and you'll see 250bhp no problem. Bottom end will take upto 300 before needing upgrading.

I already have bottom end and head. Didn't think of frs stuff, good idea I'll have a look.
