Doesn`t learn you anything other than the correct flags and common sense stuff really and a bit of track knowledge but if you are only going to be doing track days then it`s a waste of time and money unless you plan on going racing.

Exactly !!

Steve get yourself booked on a trackday where they have a proffesional driver giving tuition you will pick up more in 30 mins than doing trackdays on your own

As Jay said mate, better to pay for tuition at individual circuits, sometimes it's even free! Good instructors will teach the lines specifically for the track and your car.May also go into mechanical sympathy and smoothness depending on how much time you book.
Plus what they teach you will probably gain you seconds off a lap time so considered by most to be the best performance gain you can get and one of the cheapest when you look at it like that, what costs you say Ł25 off them would probably cost up to a grand in parts to reap the same benefit.

Might just look at that then . I have heal and toe sussed and have been using it on track days for th elast few outings (practice a fair bit on the commute to work if I'm honest, and if I'm very honest even in the companies vehicles )
