The spacers/washers are there for...

..mount the disc and the calliper brackets ect. When you put the calliper onto the bracket(and tighten)look from the front of the calliper and the disc should be sitting central to the calliper. If not add spacers in between bracket and hub accordingly untill the disc is central to the calliper.

You will know what i mean once you mount them

Sorry i missed the bottom bit of your post.

But even still, they are only there to let you space them out if they dont sit perfect.Mine were off by 3mm
The kits arent a 'perfect' fit

Do they bolt up OK around the disc?

stoo, i have not really tried bolting all up properly yet, i just looked and though
about it and decided what went where, got a bit confused,
printed instructions of HI SPEC website but there shit so rang them up and they fax
me a drawing and diagram that they said should help but i left it at work so i will
pick it up tomorrow morning and have a good look,

spoke to them on phone and was not impressed he was being a proper d**k,
expecting me to put it on and it be ok. tosser
