Default Prefab Garage buying and building advice.

Basicaly i am restoring a mk2 RS2000 but dont have a garage just a carport on a concrete base at rear of my house. I live in the North West and it rains more days than its dry . I need a cheap garage that i am able to build around the car because its on a roll over jig and would be a mare to move. i am not bothered what its made of ,wood ,concreat, steel just as long as its cheap. i am also limited for space its got to go on a base thats max size is 10.5 feet by 17 feet. Any advice or ideas much appreciated

i got a pre-fab concrete garage from that place near j23 on m6(east lancs). cost me Ł2200 for a 26ft long by 16ft wide-(quite big),delivered and erected on my concrete base.

i sold my older, smaller one on ebay for Ł300 and the guy came and took it apart.

Except a block garage requires planning permission and can take a few weeks to build.

Rules over there must be different than here then. Pretty much any block structure over a few feet high needs permission here

I just built a 15x21shame foot garage with no building regs or planning permission needed
Check with your local council and on gov web site for rules they have relaxed alot on the previous rules
