Well I'm interested in doing a 2.0 conversion in my si but there are a few things i need brushing up on so i can understand. The concept itself is pretty straight forward, things wont fit just use the originals (oil pump, water pump ect ect) but this ecu thing is confusing me. Some people say a ecu wont work from a mondeo because of some electronic thing in my key? then others go on about just buy a "DEEP ecu"? Anyone done one of these conversions? how did you get round the ecu problem?
