Hopeing some body could help.

Just gone to fit a .63 housing on my cr turbos t38 but it doesn't fit over the turbine blades. I am guessing it has to be machined out internally?

should have bought propper tt t38

 

Yeah both sides need to be machined out Ron.

 

t4 turbine as far as i know, had the same trouble as i was going to fit a smaller housing to my t04b, realised it wouldn't fit by a mile so stuck with 0.63 which is much better as spec went through the roof in the end.
you may be able to get it machined though.
