What or why are the advantages of long stuffing a block?

How does the APR stud and nut kits compare to
Long studs?
Some people say even long studding is a waste of time! Something to do with how the pressure is dastibuted!... I know NMS don't use them not sure why tho?

if you at std deck height groupA HG and std bolts are cool. If your deck has changed and head skimmed etc your be better off using a 4 layer wrc gasket.

I had to have 4thou of off my deck height, head has also had a couple of skims so ive had to go for a 4 layer WRC. Costly, but worth it. Have a chat to Matt Lewis mate and he will get you the gear shipped out.

If you know the exact heights you can get the correct thickness HG.

I have been running my 2wd Saff with over 400 bhp for the last 15 years with a 200 wire rung block and group A head gasket. Never had any problems but I guess it is classed as old fashioned now.
