Out of date endorsement on my UK licence will it affect USA car rental?

I've just realized that my SP30 (speeding) endorsement dated June 1994 is still on my licence & I'm looking to rent a car in USA next week. However I know that there was no question about my being able to hire & drive a car in Florida in 1999. I"m thinking of taking a print out of the Direct.gov info explaining SP30 and its duration. I'll also contact Alamo to check. It's been out of sight so out of mind! Any experiences

Dont think so mate .. As long as the Licence is still in date? I never declare any endorsments when hiring a car in NA .. I never had to show a counter-part.

As Ross says, it'll be fine. I hired a car in Canada earlier this year with out of date endorsements on my counterpart. They don't care that you have/had any, just that you have the license for the vehicle to be hired.

Aye the biggest thing is making sure the name of Licence holder is the same as the CC used to hire the motor.

17 years ago, and it's still on your license ??

Dont you guys renew your license every 10 years ? Or even send them away when stuff is spent, so it's no longer printed on the paperwork ?
