Here is my magenta saph most of you know it, it's had a full underside resto, I'm selling as I just don't have time to finish it again. I did make a start which includes 4 brand new Gaz coilovers, front and rear bumpers fully repainted with brand new genuine inserts at £80!! New number plate lights, mint 4x4 bonnet, refurbed rear calipers, Evo 9 front brembos and brand new omp pads and grooved focus rs discs, t5 gearbox, prop, 70m pro alloy intercooler.
Body work is good a tiny bit of corrosion on the drivers rear arch which has never got worse as its been dry stored for over a decade, interior is cloth and in very good condition, roof lining has all been re done properly.

I want 2k for the car as once you've sorted the bits it needs you will be up to 4 maybe 4.5k and I know you can buy a running saph for that but you can't buy one in the condition this is in, 07828758738

If someone wants this complete with what i have left of the engine ill take 2.5k for the lot, engine needs 1 piston and then assembling back up.

How complete is the engine i.e clutch, fly wheel, starter, sump, injectors etc.

How complete is the bay header tanks, coil, hoses etc.

What wheels has the car got now,

Engine has flywheel, sump, all pulleys, six paddle clutch, release bearing etc, engine mounts, dizzy, cap, leads, alt, starter motor, power steering is all still plumped in the bay, belts, all engine sensors and loom still in the bay, no injectors or fuel rail, no hoses, no tanks, car still comes with the momo arrows, thanks.

 

do you have any pictures of the engine how it stands now?
whats the strut tops like?
are all panels still original?
whats the paint work like? are rust coming through, scratches, dents etc

 

Car has a few marks here and there like any old car, rust is just what i have mentioned on the drivers arch which is minimal but im being as honest as i can be, as for rust strut tops etc please look at the resto thread and you will see it has NO rust other than what i stated, engine is just a built block with a piston missing and head is as i took it off, not really much to see, its done 500 miles since the pics on my thread, hope that helps.

I tried replying but it says you cant except pm's, it ran lean on cylinder 3 which cause the ring gap to close up allowing oil up and this is what caused the smoke, so new piston and put it back together, then choose your turbo spec etc and get it mapped.

 

what size are the pistons that are ok?

recent pics, no secs or tanks etc you will need to get these, if i still had all that i wouldnt be selling it for 2.5k!!













engine still looks like this but with 1 piston removed and it isnt in the car

head after skim and pressure test, still looks like thsi but wuith number 3 cylinder valves removed for inspection of seals

 

i was tempted the first time, but have just spent a load of money on my shell. I even have all the bits to build it back up again

 

Buy mine and sell yours on, mines better lol
