any one done a clutch on a porsche 911?
my mate has asked me to change his clutch on a 2002 porsche 911 996 its a 3.6 4x4 i think any one any experience?
is it engine out job?
or have a idea how long it is to do?

He seems to be pretty clued up on all things Porsche, and if he doesn't know off hand, I'm pretty sure he'll find out for you pdq.

Not an engine out job, if you have a ramp it shouldnt be too bad as there very well designed cars.
I never had the box out of mine but know guys that have and recon on about 2 hours to have a box out.
