More boost is the usual way, what spec is your engine to begin with though?

Post the graph?

Swapping to a GT30 would probably bring the boost in a fair bit sooner and allow you to run more peak boost than your T4, both of which will help with torque, unless its a hybrid T4 to begin with?

Standard exhaust cam may help a little too, but really you need to talk to the person who tunes your engine as they will know more about what is going on than we can.

My engine does 480ft lbs torque with a T4 mapped by tony @ Turbosystems. How low is your torque. Maybeit's a mapping issue.

mine made an extra 70ft lbs from an ecu swap but guess it was the mapping.. no other changes to the engine..

An ECU or mapping cant gain you torque beyond what the mechanical components such as the turbo are capable of, but a bad map can certainly lose you some of it.

Without a lot more detail about this guys engine, its going to be very hard to say what the cuase is, but mapping is certainly by far the most likely if its under performing for its spec.

i went from l8 and mapped on the rollers to autronics mapped on the road although with a bit more boost on the same gt3076 and no other changes.. feels far better after the new setup has been done.. 2 different sets of rollers but both dyno dynamic. i did think it was low on torque before from my original graph.

hi.. mine was 2 bar on the l8 setup and now 2.5 on the autronics.. it all seems to come in lower down the revs feels a lot more responsive.. i think a better intercooler and plenum would help but im happy with it now.. the only thing i would like is an adjustable beam and some wider back wheels.. or an evo
