What grade oil for 1800 zetec

What grade of oil should I put in my escort it's a 1800 zetec?

Yea thought it was 5/30 was just seeing if anyone uses anything else as I know people that just use 10/40 I have comma fully synthetic too put in

Halfrauds have Castrol 5w/30 4litre for £17.50 atm

All zetecs including the RS use 5/30 iirc

Yea got 5 litre of comma fully synthetic and Mann filter for 15+vat
