Default How to physically remove valve stem seals

As above, has anyone got any bright ideas how to easily remove these seals. Have tried all sorts of pliers with no luck, the head is off BTW. Would love to hear from someone as time is running out, car has to be on the road by Thursday. Thanks

Use valve stem seal pliers:

If you want to do it without and they are too stubborn for normal long nose pliers you can very careful open them up with a hammer and chisel but you need to be extremely careful not to damage the guides, so I wouldnt really recomend it generally especially if you are unsure of yourself.
