Default P100 help needed

Ive just brought a P100 pick up as a project off of Steveo6946, and after sorting out some fueling issues, where i could drive it till it got to normal running temperature then start coughing and spluttering and die till it cooled down again. Anyways turned out to be the fuel vapourising pot so just stuck the fuel line straight to the carb and works perfect now

Ive now removed all but one leaf springs on the back as its all i can do atm till i get some pennies saved. So the problem i have his costs and was wondering these things:

1- Would atlas axle half shafts fit into a standard P100 axle as apparently the ratio means quicker acceleration
2- How do i change my engine from being a low compression to a high compression
3- Thinking about getting a N/A cossie head and want to know can it be done, what clearances i would need and would i need to change pistons or rods etc.

Any help what so ever would be much appreciated as all though i work with Stevo, hes only so much help and gets all his info off of you guys!!

Cheers
