zetec engine connecting rod length
Hi I’m designing a inlet manifold for the 2.0 Zetec engine for my major project at Uni, and to test my calculations I am programming the Zetec engine on a program called GT-Suite to create a model to run simulations and execute post processed results of the theoretical performance of the standard manifold and several different designs for both flow turbulent flow of the air/fuel mixture. The design which show the best theoretical performance i will be making a prototype model to test for flow on a flow test bench.
I have gathered all the measurement i need apart from the connecting rod (con rod) length and TDC clearance heightand if any one could help me out or point me in the right direction it will be much appreciated.
