would someone be able to tell me where about the fuel pump relay is on top for the fuse box, as its not priming when i switch on the ignition, ive tested the pump by wiring it direct and it works fine. but the car still wont start when its wired direct, so this makes me think that it could stem from the ignition relay, so i would like to know which one that is too. grrrr this is what happens when you dont use them often enough.

 

http://www.bigturbo.co.uk/ Good link here if on P8/L8/L6/L1 . On P8 The 12v fused Ecu relay feeds the 12v fused fuel pump relay and is earthed at pin 10 and 28 on the Ecu . The amal valve is fed 12v direct from the fuel pump relay aswell as the fuel pump itself .I Cant tell you where the relays are, on a saph they're above and behind the glovebox . Have you had the crank sensor checked as this can cause the pump not to prime iirc .
