Default zetec turbo engine oil

i'm pretty much run in using various oils along the way, but now i plan to start using it in anger, what grade should i be looking at?
i have been looking at Titan (Silkolene) and Millers CFS, will be bought from matt lewis or opie oils.
just not sure on grade for fast road / occasional track use.

cheers for any useful advice.

5w40 may quieten down my solid followers, they're a little tappy on the 5w30 fully synth it's running on (fairly cheap oil).

I was thinking the same , it's maybe getting a little thin on trackday temps. Ill end up trying both.
