Default Anyone ordered from Advanced Automotives.com - want an Omex 600 ECU

I feel like impulse buying this morning so been browsing Omex 600 ECU's and came across a site called AdvancedAutomotives.com which is largely a jap car owners site and they have the Omex 600 ECU for 560 quid which is cheaper compared to others so was going to just buy it.

It will mean i will have an L8 ECU and 4x4 loom for sale when the omex arrives.

Anyone help me out - is this company good or bad?

Anyone know where i can an Omex 600 ECU cheaper than 560 quid?

Im waiting to buy it now lol

i think its just the ecu.

Is the programming lead extra then along with a loom?

My mate might have a programming lead who will prob do a fair bit of the mapping anyway as he runs omex on his 3dr - so would i need i still this lead?

Not too sure on the Emerald as it will then mean trying to get Dave Walker to map it whereas with Omex i can get my mate and also Steve Saddler to map it.

Does the emerald have antilag, closed loop, etc

no programming lead, but that is not an issue as my mate has that already, along with all the software.

Just waiting on a call back about availability from them and then its all systems go

Hi mate, If you order from Advanced Automotive you will have nothing to worry about, the shops 2 minutes down the road from me and have been open for years. never heard a bad word about them and have used them myself, they used to sell ALOT of cvh/cossie parts and i believe they still do....but as said are mainly concentrating on Jap nowadays....hope this helps
