Mine does around 21 mpg, just over 200 miles to a full tank (about 46L roughly). 95% is around town with hills, school run traffic, lights & roadworks.

Would 50 euro get you the 200 miles? Cause im driving an mk1 1.8 focus 00 and i spend 50 euro on petrol a week and the most i ever got out of it would be about 250 miles.. It averages at about 189..

I get about 300 miles a tank with a few small mods. Thats mainly motorway miles. Any where from 24 to 28 mpg per tank on the trip computer.

Use it as a dailty drive and love it to death mate! Comfortable as hell, great cruiser and the power and grunt is there when you want it! Sounds bloody amazing when you put your foot down as well mate.

My advice is GO BUY ONE!

Just buy one. We are picking up a year old ST3 5 door for the missus on Thursday as a replacement fro her 2000 st200 and cant wait.

It will mainly be used around town so the mpg wopnt be great but who cares. Yoi]u dont buy a car like this if your worried about fuel.

I must have had a good 1.8 focus as I used to get over 400 miles from a full tank....

My ST3 got about 230 miles from a tank around town and over 300 on the motorway

Can't comment on standard car mpg as mine was modded when I bought it but it averages 27mpg with a mixture of driving steady/ the odd boot full and I absolutely love it!!

To give you an idea of mpg, recently did a 600 mile trip to Essex and back on about Ł110 worth of fuel

Mine is 300bhp, does 18 mpg average, but it does do 26/28 if I'm nice to it. Traction is pants, mine will spin 4th occasionally, pops on gear change, a true asbo !! The 5 pot sounds awesome, my advise is get one!!
