Default Exhaust relocation, opinions.

These are ideas but now fueled by Jack Daniels so opinions more than welcome.

Right, the ST was a dream car (as daft as it sounds) and I was fortunate enough to buy it.

Got a few bits done and a few in the pipe line but one I wonder if its daft or not.
Wanting the wheels done done in grey like the fog trims with an orange rim.

Right, the daft idea......

Whats the thought of the twin exit pipes at the back made to twin side exit pipes in front of the back wheels ? MOT pass for both sides?

Also in the plan is having the back end filled and painted in the same as the factory grey like the surrounds of the fog lights. Or a defuser filled and painted? I want it to look the same as the factory fitted light surrounds.

Following the lines by the exhaust if some one would be so kind

to make a side exit look any good it will need to exit in front of the rear wheels, just out the sides of the rear bumper would look gash imo

my advice, have a black coffee and see sense man

Thats the plan in mind. Not some Max Poweresque back side exit jobby.

Side exits infront of the back wheels, with out changing the skirts etc.

Added the pic to see if any one could shop it without the exhaust exits and below that line grey without cut outs or with a defuser with out the cut outs.

The face lift has the area above the exhausts a different colour to the car. So why not do mine the same but fill in the exits and put the exhaust in front of the rear wheels? So from the back the line that flows by the exhaust looks standard but with no exits.

Just toying with ideas.
