Default Fiesta Turbo Conversion Trouble !!!

Ok long story short

My younger brother bought a fiesta xr2i that some1 had tryed to convert to
a fiesta turbo (ofab) using a fiesta turbo loom and a 1.8zvh

anyway the problem we are having is
1 there are no ignition lights on the dash
2 no power going to the fuel pump
3 not getting a spark

i have been checking the obvious but dont know much about these
as dealt with escorts all my days

it is getting a small voltage to the coil.

where do we start any help on this would be GREAT Thanks

check the green power relay on the back of the fuse box and all the termials from the turbo loom are connected to the batt and all earths are connected.
