Default 2nd car insurance (no ncd)

Hi looking to get a second car as my range rover is a bit of a work horse and not a family car, but getting silly quotes as have no ncd to use as its being used on my range rover (10 years)

Looking at vw bora V5 or 2.0 would like a little bit of power but any thing will be a change from driving diesel 2 ton cars for the past 4 years.

Haven't bought a car yet as if its too expensive to insure a second car I wont bother, so whos good for second car insurance?

admiral's multi car is pretty good, i priced it up and in total i'll save about £200 rather than insuring both cars separately.

your current insurer MAY be able to duplicate you NCB and apply it to both cars, i got a quote from my current insurers(more than)doing that, but i didn't really help me as their prices have gone way up in the last year.

Yeah I left more than in may due to the price going up by 80%
and the fact my claim hasnt been sorted over a year and a half later (car hit in car park driver amitted fault and left details)

Hope you never have to claim, I offered to pay the £1800 bill as it got so stressfull trying to sort it out will never claim again.

as soon as my policy ends I'm going elsewhere, I'm sick of the foreign call centre where they cant even pronounce my name, plus the fact that a simple change of vehicle is causing me a major headache just now.

Feel free to give us a try, tel: 0208 3645500, we should be able to 'mirror' your NCB over to the second car
