Which head gasket ??

Reet fellas im removing my head to paint up my block before i refit the engine in my S1 . As the head will be off i thought id upgrade the head gasket . Which would you recommend ??

standard ford head gasket is more than up to the job pal, as there has been a few 300+bhp cars on here running them, much be a ford one mate not a standard one from a motor factors

ford still do them mate i work for a ford dealer and order one today as a spare for myself
and dont go to burtons as they will try and sell you a felpro one which are not get at all and they more than likely charge you more then ford do lol.

Id been looking at the felpro ones but had'nt decided ! Pleased you've said that now ! I worked at a ford dealers a few years back .... not sure i qualify for discount though these days
