Just wondering if anyone has ever tried their hand at making a twin turbo CVH, ZVH, Zetec etc?

Maybe setup having a small turbo for low rpm and no lag followed by a big turbo for top end like those 535d Beemers have.

 

I've thought about it but thats it!

 

a few of us have even talked about it too but thats as far as we got

 

its an interesting theory, but IMO its just not worth it over a single turbo setup, other than its something different.

would love to see one done though

Wouldn't say serious money, but serious time!

Compound turboing is the way forwards, im still interested in twin charging, so an eaton and a gt30, probably easier to package than two turbo's too.

Time and money making room for such an engine.custom exhaust manifold and making sure everything can with stand such abuse from two turbos.
