Spongy brakes..HELP!!

Default Spongy brakes..HELP!!

My S2 failed its MOT on spongy brakes. The system has been bled three times, its had new pads, discs and callipers and still no better. Also tried my mates master cylinder but didn't make a difference. The pedal travels all the way to the floor :-( If anyone can make any suggestions it would be much appreciated!!

block alll the flexi up and see if ur pedal goes hard if it does then it most likely be the master

Are the rear brake shoes correctly adjusted and are the pads free to move in the carriers?

put pressure on the brake pedal overnight incase you have trapped air
that was the only way i could get a pedal
