Brakes gone spongy

Default Brakes gone spongy

I wonder if anyone got a clue. I have had my rs 2000 mk6 back end up on axle stands for 2 weeks and the brakes have gone spongy and there are no leaks and i dont know why.

Bleed your brakes, if no change then replace the fluid

Yes going to bleed the brakes but the fluid looks really clean as i havent long changed all the pads shoes and cyinders does it go off.
