Default Puma ECU's, how adaptable are they?

just found the carbs i kept off my old thundercat 600cc and got thinking lol

on the puma, the injector rail is fitted directly to the head, so it wont take much to nail them on lol.... might have to do something with the TPS tho and i will have to run a plenum to go though the MAF still, but it might make some gains.

or am i just best off leaving it as i only use it for work lol...

im bored and thinking out loud lol

go on puma people and send a message to volcomstone411 as he has built his own rally puma and has all the dreamscience gear to remap the ecu so he has done quite a lot of tweaks.

He should be able to tell you if what your asking can be mapped properly on the stock ECU.

leave it as it is. It will cost you a fortune in fuel.

Just run them with an early fiesta ESC unit, just needs live and earth and plenty to get you running for now

well, i was thinking that if i retain the MAF, then it should fuel for the airflow?

i need to sort the brakes and change the clutch first, but its something i may look into if i get time!

leave it. waste of money. if you wanted a faster car with the associated running costs, you should have bought one in the first place.

So if they are just carbs use the esc unit i mentioned and will run fine for cheep fun, you can run megajolt at a later date if you want to get more power from the carbs, i would!

well, the injector rail bolts directly to the head so they would only be used for air control.
