non turbo to turbo diesel

hi i have a 98 escort van 18 diesel non turbo want to swop to turbo diesel wots needed many thanks

fuel pump( for boost compensator), manifold, turbo, oil feed, oil return, intercooler, inlet manifold, etc etc easiest way is to buy a earyl intercooled td engine from an escort or mondeo

will the mondeo 1.8td bolt straight in a mk5 escort van ? what about gearboxes mondeo or use the original n/a escort box
