little chips or cuts would let compression down but they look ok , just grind them in before reffiting to give a good tight seal

DON'T grind/lap them in, very old hat, and not anywhere near as good as a decent cut with a serdi seat cutter in a machine shop, took something to convince me as well, but serdi is where it's at.
They don't look especially thin at the edges, look very closely at the edges of the exhaust valves, if still unsure just get seats cut in head and valve seats done, could do with being 3 angle anyway, a lot better for not that much outlay, the seats on your valves look very wide.

wide seats... is that a good or bad thing Tabs?

Tbh i was surprised when told they were worn as it made 297 `oss & 300 torques on a stage 3 with a 96,000 mile engine with a t3 thats never been rebuilt that i know of

They were obviously sealing well, wide seat is not the best thing in the world.
