Right, so sorry to ask this, but ive spent the last half hour searching and just got puzzled.
I was 98% sure the mt75 4x4 box ran 75w 90 synth gearbox oil, but then i found this and all got thrown out of the proverbial window

So, in a simple answer, what box oil and how much do i need for a 4x4 saff?!

You'll need 1.2 litres for the 4x4 gearbox and 0.5 litres for the transfer box.

Transfer box you can use Dexron III ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) in.

Gearbox - there is a specific gear oil called MT75! That's what i've always used

 

I using Red Line Schockproof Heavy i gearbox and Red Line Race ATF in tranferbox
