My stage one saph was boosting to 18psi. It's now only holding 13psi. I'm guessing the spring in the actuator is knackered - possibly due to fact I had a hose split recently allowing turbo to boost to 30psi. It only did this twice before I realise but could this have weakened the spring?

If it is the spring will I need a new actuator or can u carefully adjust on the rod until I get back to 18psi?

easy, just make sure you preload the new actuator.

start off low and keep shortening the rod until you reach your desired psi, 1 turn on the actuator rod will roughly equate to 1 psi. you will have to take it out for a run each time.

Yes the -31 will be fine for that pressure , dont forget to take a passenger to watch the boost guage .

It depends on if it's mapped for it or not, stage 1 is circa 15PSI but it depends entirely on the setup, Gunship for example uses stock components but can run near stage 3 power!

You can't simply just change injectors as the software has to be progremmed for the specific injectors, different pulse widths etc!
