hi peeps, i know that the heads flow pretty well, but wat sort of power have you seen on standard heads, with uprated springs?

mines at 300plus . my mates car made 320bhp

yea i got 300/300 out of my old engine, but building new now and wondered at wat point do i need to port/bigger valves ect

crazycage is around the 400bhp mark

mine made 397bhp and 386lbft on a stage 3 big valve head.

350bhp is possible on a standard ish black top head, silvertop heads would need a little port work to do the same.
