Best way to get things looking emaculate
Hello to all. im a doing a rear end resto on my sapph and im wanting to know what is the best way to get everything looking new not full of rust. Ive got some pictures of what my diff and trailing arm looks like at the moment. any suggestions will help alot.

The trailing arm should be sandblasted and powdercoated. If you want the diff to look like new too, you cant avoid taking it apart and get it cleaned first. Then get it painted and fit new screws. Its a bit difficult, but worth doing i my opinion.
great to know about the sandblast for the arms. But do i have to take apart the diff just to paint it. Its just the case that need painting. if so what is the best way of getting all the crap off it for a new lick of colour.

You dont have to just to clean it and paint it, but you will get the best result if you do so. But if you take it apart, you have to consider to change the seals too, and maybe also the bearings...
