Thought i'd post up a quick photo of mine and my mates new unit, got it a couple of weeks ago and we've already started to fill it with crap, lol, its cheap and its 2200 sqft! :-D we've both wanted one for ages and when this came up it was ideal,

we don't know yet, there is enough space for one but were gonna wait and see if we can find one cheap enough in a couple of months

 

it already has mate! lol, my mates nova was in there 4 hours before he'd cut the roof off it! haha

 

Just out of pure interest, what does the rent pcm go for one that size?

i was looking for a place a couple of years back, but never did find one at the right price or rigth location that suited me.
the biggest problem was getting someone i wanted to share tools with etc. a few offered to share, but for me i was supplying everything, tools and knowledge.

 

were paying £200 a month between us so its like £50 a week so its spot on, we found this one after about 6 months of looking, they don't come up very often near us

 

Hi phil,that unit looks spot on are there any more for that price near you.Ive had one for a year now on sutton fields paying double that and only 1/2 the size.Dont worry im not in the motor trade, Im a furniture maker.

thats £200 a month so its like £25 each a week plus electricity
