lowering st170
Hi I've got a 2002 st170 (bluefin, K&N 57i with cold air feed, Peco 31/2" cat back, EBC slotted/dimpled and Greenstuff all round). I'm sure I read somewhere that the suspension for the ordinary 2.0 Zetec is the same as the ST 170 of the same vintage...if that is so could I get coilovers and polybushes for the 2.0 Zetec and save a couple of quid.....tight I know but at nearly a quid and a half a litre, I need my pennies for motion not control lol....Many thanks in advance...

Right everything is compatible.
ST170 Hubs are different, so are the breaks and the shocks and springs. As far as I know. Eveyrthing else is the same.
You can also fit ST170 shocks and springs on a standard Focus.
So I imagine normal Focus shocks and springs will fit in the ST170.
So yes I imagine normal Focus coilovers will be fine for the ST.

Pritty much same fitments mate. I'm running an st engine, hubs etc etc etc and these are the same fitment as the 1.8, 2.0 etc.
This is how it sits.

yours will sit a little lower as this is stripped so sits a little higher than standard weight ones.
