okay so im going to build a friends YB engine, he wants to run a stage three 360ish bhp. Just wanted to know some info, is it best to go for ARP stud and nut kit for the head, also a wrc headgasket is a must but just wanted to know what gaksets you guys run, as ive had Cometic grpA before on a stage 3 and had no troubles?.
The head has had some work done, also Bd10 cams fitted so its probably best to get some vernier pulleys then.?
Thanks Retro.

As above. genuine std headbolts and a genuine grp a headgasket wil be spot on for this.
The verniers are a worth while mod even on std cams- to get the timing spot on.

standard GENUINE head bolts
small turbo escort cosworth headgasket
siemens 55 injectors or greys (i'd personally have the siemens)
t34 turbo (choice of .48, .55 or .63)
chip to suit
Thats the most cost effective.
personally i'd ditch the cams and opt for standard

Cheers Bud.
The AB07 cam is almost as good as a BD14 but you don't need valve cutouts.
You still get a great idle even though it has 15degrees more duration than the standard inlet cam.
I forgot to mention that my block is wire rung.
