tps readings ok???

tps readings ok???

i have tested my TPS on my 2wd cosorth & have these readings:

3.5 volts with no throttle (closed)
& goes down to
0.4 volts with full throttle (open)

these dont seem rite to me??? shouldnt it be 4.5-5volts ??

help???

i think its 0.35 open and 4.5-5 closed and the other way for 4x4's

is the butterfly closing fully?
