Default Helicoil on head?

Hi, just wondering does anyone know a company in essex or close by areas that can come out to a car and helicoil on a head?

Was doing the tappets on the cossie and putting the cams back in, torquing down the cam caps and one of the bolts started to pull out from the head, have tightened it back down but done up the nut on top at a lower NM but dont really want to risk leaving it like that, or would it be ok if i used some loctite on the end of the bolt and put it back in the head like that?

So what is the best thing to do?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Use a time sert, much better, albeit costlier than a helicoil, otherwise pay some one to make a ragged grip stud to wind in.
