Hi Guys

I have a sony laptop and it does not appear to want to load up. when i turn it on it just comes up with the microsoft loading bar that moves across the bottom of the screen, then stays black with dim back light eluminated. help whats up with it.

have you tried starting it in safe mode ?
when it has done the first part of bios loading etc keep pressing f4 and you should get a menu pop up..

 

I have tried tobstart in safe mode and still the same I'll try the F4 button and see what happens.
