does anyone know where i can get temperary insurance only want four days as im goin away over new year and im designated driver. with my car still being off the road im going to use my nans again like i did in the summer but the last time i used it her insurance covered me for the time i needed it and quite cheap aswel but this time they cant calculate it for some reason which has put me in the shit as theres no other way of us getting to where we wana go now if i dont get the car so does anyone know of a temporary insurance provider who would cover me being under 21?

Your nan should be able to add you onto her policy as a named driver.

Most temp cover companies now insist people are 21+ I'm afraid.

 

we did try that but the underwriters wont cover me for a short amount of time and they want nearly 2 grand for the year

 

Pay for it on Credit card then cancel the policy within 14 days.
