Default RS1600i Head

Can anyone tell me how the RS1600i head differs from a cooking CVH one? I know they had solid lifters and a different cam profile(?) but i've been told the valves and ports are also larger than standard. Is this true?
Cheers all

The exhaust ports are of the round type as in the S1 too. Not much of a difference though.

as said , different cam , solid lifters , bigger an different shaped exhaust ports

iirc 16i had 15 more bhp than xr3i of same period , so worth having imo
