What is the best uprated fuel pump to get for a Fiesta RS Turbo?

Ive seen a 255lph one for sale - around £60...

What is the flow rate of a standard pump?

the uprated frst fuel pump is a genuine escos pump.

i use a 023 bosch fuel pump. its like a 044 uprated cossi fuel pump.

here a pic, on the left its my old escos fuel pump...
