I've recently bought a Mk3 S off a friend that had put a 2.0ltr zetec in, it isn't currently running as still needs a few parts.
Any tips of what inlet i should run?
Also brake upgrades too as he left it on standard brakes

Any other info for upgrades would be much appreciated.

get some r1 carbs on there for inlet haha for brakes I had cosworth brakes on mine not sure exactly what from maybe someone can help with that matter as I bought car with them on but had standard drum rears and really needed discs awesome stopping power though

 

This is mine on zx9r carbs with an alloy inlet



The rs1800 or 130spec xr3i is the best manifold for the 2l but pretty rare
