AB07 cam
Need a ex. cam for my cosworth. thinking about AB7 exhaust cam and BD14 inlet for god response for RS500 Turbo setup. These cam are very similar.

For good response leave the standard exhaust cam fitted.

No you don't need valve cutouts with this cam

Not a lot of difference
Can't remember, a couple of Degrees duration and only a very small amount of lift.
Im sure the details are on a AB07 cam thread i done about 6 months ago.

Just found the figures
AB07 = .349" lift and 256 Duration
BD14 = .351" lift and 261 Duration.
You don't need valve cutouts with the AB07 but will need them with the BD14 (to be safe)
