Default what cams?

cylinder head needs a rebuild so taking the opportunity to change the cams but i dont know what ones to get? bd 14 etc?, is a small turbo but soon converting to gt30 and autotronic in time...etc... so any ideas guys, cheers liam

std ex.......bd14 or tuners choice of inlet............

yeah i heard that std exhaust was an option? surly puting a diff cam would be better tho,?

Work out how much power you can afford, from your weakest point of view which is the box on the 4wd, start hovering over 350 and things can start to break easy, more to do with power and sudden torque as well.
Personally on a 4wd I'd stick std cams unless spanking 10K plus on a box to take all the abuse ?

Std cams will do 400bhp all day long, save your money, what you don't want is a sudden torque spike.

Under 600hp the stock exhaust cam gives the best power band and responce.

If your going autotronic, i take it mark will be mapping it, so std exhaust cam and marks custom inlet
