Default cossie brakes,few questions.and picture

i brought a set of cossie brakes awhile ago and now my s2 is garaged for winter i was goin to fit them this weekend,just had a read through the sticky about cossie brakes all was fine.
but.... my brakes look differnt to the one's in the thread.

anyone no from this pic if there the right ones?
calipers are black now.

they are 4x4 sierra cosworth callipers (later ones) not the early 4x4 in the sticky.

The calipers in the pictures are 2wd 4pots.

They will fit a S1/2 by maching the caliper itself and using different disks.

The normal fit would be 4x4 calipers with 2wd disks.

+1 to use the ones you have you will need 4x4 discs IIRC

2wd caliper = 4x4 discs

4x4 caliper= 2wd discs

I used 2wd calipers with 2wd discs on my estate but as has been mentioned you need to take 4mm off of the mounting face of the caliper to get it to sit bang in the middle of the disc.
Have a read through the rest of the sticky at the top of the page i did a little guide when i did mine.

thanks everyone for the input.so ive painted my calipers and now i have to grind abit down. just what i wanted to do.

mark im keeping them mate.

also another quick question,will these's fit under escort gti rims?

RUBBISH , i have 4x4 calipers and discs on mine and they work a treat
