Default Engine spec

After looking around at a few s2's I think Ive found one I like but its standard engine. I would like to spec it up abit. Now its been a while since Ive messed with a cvh but my last one was a great motor and made good power

Spec
Stage 2 turbo
Kent 34 cam
Chip
Pace inter-cooler
1bar of boost
And made close to 200bhp does that sound about right?

What would you do to get good power and still keep it reliable without spending silly money

Cheers

around the same spec or go efi for more power than 200-210 bhp or could go water injection route to prevent detting but efi would be ideal unless you go after market management on mfi but thats when it does start getting expensive

200 brake is more than possible on mfi... i suspect with more than 1bar of boost though.

Yeah 170bhp on the above spec is more realistic at 1bar...
But with a better IC and EFI 220bhp is easily achievable! EFI conversion can be done for around Ł600 plus mapping.

As said above mine was the same sort of spec but with a GRS Front Mount and running 20psi made 200ish bhp. But after running MFI i would sugest EFI as the advantages are so much better and its so cheap to convert now.
