mk3 fiesta side repeaters removal help

is there a easy way to remove these been at it for half hour and still no joy any one?

U just twist them and out they come. Can't remember which way but if it's the originals they definitely just twist out

they original tried pulling and turning but nothing guess some fooker glued em

maybe, try this boil the kettle and then pour the boiling water over the side repeaters to melt the glue, then let me know
