Default Anyone had a problem with www.performance-trim.com ?

I won and bought and paid for by Paypal through Ebay, a complete set of interior 3 door Sierra Cosworth door panels, Front, rear and boot panels.

I paid for them through Ebay via Paypal on the 22/11/09, and i still havent got them!

Ive sent 2 messages via Ebay and still havent had a answer.

What should i do now? or how long do I wait?

Anyone else had a problem with them.

start a paypal dispute.. that soon gets things moving! its what its there for if things aint been delivered mate.

you have sent 2 messages to the seller, which is what they ask you to do before starting a dispute.. so just press the button and fill out the details mate.

should get your money back.. ive only had to do it once. but it worked.

theyve been a very good company from my experience.

Remember you won after the last posting date for xmas and today is the first normal day after xmas really.

plus they may have shut up shop for xmas reopening in new year.

I think you may be panicking too much! How about ring them?

an old post / thread I know, but I want everyone to know that they can always contact us on 08458339690, or me personally on 07717418174 if they need to ask any questions or chase up an order.

Our door trims are now turned around in less than 5 working days - we've since bought a big CNC machine that has helped with that a lot!

cheers, Mike

I bought one of the first sets of these for a mk1 fiesta!! There were mint apart from the passenger side one not being cut out for the fuel filler neck, it was the night before FF last year and it was easier to modfiy them ourselves!!

Also, whose idea was it to cut the rear seat belt inserts out of the doorcards?? How many people running full carbon firbre door cards are gonna have rear seat belts...
